Addy, Hershey, and the jumperoo

Here are a couple of videos of Addyson in her new jumperoo. From the video, you will see that she thoroughly enjoys it. She also equally enjoys watching Hershey play around her. This is the first time she was in it and she stayed in it for a long time, long after Hershey tired out.

Addy's first hike and more

Here are some pictures of Addy's first hike. It was about a mile loop and Addy did really well.

I know Addy's not in this picture, but Jeff wanted me to get into this empty tree so he could take my picture. The ground inside the tree was mushy and I was afraid of snakes and bugs. So I decided to be brave and get inside, but I figure if I was brave enough to do it, that I should at least get to share it!

Ok...back to Addy...

Here is Addy in our yard. It was such a beautiful day and we decided to get some fresh air. She really seems to like it outside.

Addy eating

Back on April 15, we took Addy for her 4 month check up. The Dr. told us we could begin giving her solid foods. So these are some photos of her eating for the first time. As you can see, she is really having fun. The video was taken just the other day when we decided she was doing well enough with the cereals that we would give her some vegetables. As many of you know, Jill is not much of a veggies girl, so we decided to start with pretty much the only vegetable she would eat as a kid...green beans.

As many of you know, we have been doing a lot of traveling over the past couple of weeks. Therefore, I have been quite delinquent in posting to the blog. So to make up for it, I will be updating it over the next couple of days to fill you in on all that has been going on and to show you how much our little girl is growing.
